Refinery89 in Madrid is seeking a Vice President of Product to define and lead the long-term product vision for our advertising technology platform. You will own the strategy, scale the product organisation, and ensure our technology delivers measurable value for publishers across Europe.

You will partner with Engineering, Data, Commercial, and Publisher Success to translate business goals into product direction, balancing innovation, technical excellence, and revenue impact.

Formación

• 10+ years of Product Management experience within the AdTech industry.
• Proven leadership experience within an SSP, DSP, or publisher monetisation platform.
• Deep expertise in programmatic advertising including RTB and header bidding.
• Experience defining product strategy and leading Product organisations through growth.
• Proven ability to partner with Engineering to scale technical platforms.
• Strong knowledge of product discovery, roadmap management, and analytics.
• Commercial mindset linking investments to revenue and growth.
• Experience developing high-performing Product Managers and teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management for executives.
• Fluent English; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own Refinery89's product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap.
• Lead the Product organisation and establish best practices in discovery, prioritisation, and execution.
• Collaborate with Engineering to define a scalable technology roadmap.
• Balance customer value, technical investment, and commercial opportunity across initiatives.
• Drive innovation across AdTech platform including ad serving and monetisation features.
• Partner with Commercial and Publisher Success to align roadmaps with market demand.
• Set clear KPIs and use data to guide investment decisions and outcomes.
• Represent Product at executive level and influence strategy and growth.
