Job summary

Arrow are seeking an experienced, confident Chief Officer to join a 75m private yacht with a worldwide itinerary, based in Barcelona. This hands-on role offers a drama-free, team‑oriented crew and the opportunity to sail Bermuda, the Caribbean, Galápagos and across the Pacific to New Zealand.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years as Chief Officer on a similar vessel, holds STCW and ENG1, SSO, a valid B1/B2 visa, and is available immediately. Diving/instructor qualifications are a bonus.

Arrow are seeking an experienced, confident, hands on Chief Officer for a 75m private M/Y with a worldwide itinerary.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a yacht at the beginning of a remarkable new chapter, with a worldwide itinerary including Bermuda, the Caribbean, Galápagos Islands & an extensive Pacific crossing to New Zealand, where the yacht will be based for the 2027 winter.

The yacht has a new owner who has previously owned smaller vessels & genuinely values the crew, loyalty & longevity. You will be joining a newly formed team who thrive in a supportive, hands-on, no-drama environment, where teamwork & mutual respect are at the heart of the programme.

The ideal candidate will be a hands on, experienced, confident Chief Officer who has previously worked on a similar sized yacht as Chief Officer, min yacht size 75m, with drive time experience. You must have at least 2 years experience in this role.
