Job description

Arrow are seeking a professional, experienced Purser to join a 75m private M/Y, with a prior strong corporate background.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a newly formed crew at the beginning of an exciting worldwide programme, with an itinerary including Bermuda, the Caribbean, Galápagos Islands & an extensive Pacific crossing to New Zealand, where the yacht will be based for the 2027 winter.

The crew are extremely active, enjoy keeping fit & place great importance on healthy, balanced 'crew centric' lifestyle onboard. Both the owner & Captain support crew wellbeing, there is a crew gym onboard & crew have access to the owners gym, when they are not onboard. This will be a 'home away from home' for the owner, so crew harmony is crucial, especially with such a long crossing & visiting remote locations.

You will have at least 4+ years as a Purser, on a similar sized yacht - this is not for someone looking to 'step up' from Chief Stewardess into this role. You will of come from a corporate background prior to yachting & have this skillset, mindset & working attitude with the owner & his team. No Chief Stewardess experience required. Strong administrational skills include:

Excel | Voly | AMOS | Pinpoint | working alongside the yacht management team (you will have a designated HR Manager working with you) | IAMI GUEST Purser qualified (ideally) as well as a strong land based qualified corporate background - certifications are required.

The new owner has previously owned smaller yachts & genuinely values the crew, loyalty & longevity.

Requirements
  • Purser of min 4 years on similar sized yachts
  • Prior land based strong corporate background
  • IAMI GUEST Purser qualified( ideally)
  • Experience in all areas in above detailed description
  • Valid STCW & ENG1
  • Valid B1/B2 visa
Package
  • Rotation position 2:2
  • SEA Contract
  • Extensive private health care (many additional features)
  • €8,500+ DOE
  • Exciting worldwide itinerary
  • Supportive owner who values crew longevity
  • Active, team-spirited & no-drama crew environment
