Job summary

Arrow are seeking an experienced, confident Chief Officer to join a 75m private yacht with a worldwide itinerary, based in Barcelona. This hands-on role offers a drama-free, team‑oriented crew and the opportunity to sail Bermuda, the Caribbean, Galápagos and across the Pacific to New Zealand.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years as Chief Officer on a similar vessel, holds STCW and ENG1, SSO, a valid B1/B2 visa, and is available immediately. Diving/instructor qualifications are a bonus.

Qualifications

• Chief Officer 3000gt
• Previous experience on a similar sized yacht as Chief Officer (min 2 years)
• SSO
• STCW & ENG1
• Valid B1/B2 visa
• Watersports Instructor/PADI Dive Instructor a bonus
• Professional, adaptable & team-focused
• Male due to cabin arrangements
• Must be available immediately to join the yacht in Barcelona
