Job summary
Westinghouse Electric Company in Madrid seeks a Chief Engineer, Digital Design to lead the digital engineering transformation across engineering, procurement, construction, and project delivery.
You will shape the long-term vision, governance, and roadmap for engineering information, AI-enabled platforms, and automation, reporting to the SVP, APX Fleet Deployment, with a hybrid work model in Spain.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, CS, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years leading enterprise-scale transformation in engineering or digital domains.
- 3+ years in engineering processes, information management, architecture, integration, and digital delivery.
- Ability to influence senior leadership and drive change in large organisations.
Responsibilities
- Define and promote the enterprise strategy for digital engineering and AI-enabled project delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams and align digital transformation with business objectives.
- Govern architecture for integrated digital engineering ecosystem and data platforms.
- Advise executive leadership on technology strategy and transformational investments.
- Drive integration between internal apps, ERP, and external partner environments.
