PowerUp Talent is assisting a global technology company in appointing a senior technology executive to lead platform innovation, data strategy, and engineering excellence. The role oversees an engineering and data organization of around 130 professionals across Europe and reports to the executive leadership team.

• Executive leadership experience at CTO/CDO/Chief Technologist level.
• Proven track record leading engineering organizations of 100+ professionals.
• Deep understanding of data science, ML/AI-driven products and large-scale platforms.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to align tech strategy with business outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the long-term technology and data strategy.
• Lead Engineering, Data Science and Technical Leadership teams.
• Drive innovation across ML, advertising tech and large-scale distributed systems.
• Partner with Product and Commercial leaders to translate business strategy into platform capabilities.
• Scale engineering processes, organizational design and technical execution.
• Foster a high-performance engineering culture focused on innovation and delivery.
• Guide architectural decisions across cloud infrastructure, AI, data platforms and ad tech.
• Build and develop world-class technology leadership.
