Allianz Partners is seeking a strategic, people-focused Head of Core Engineering to lead a large-scale engineering organisation for data, analytics and AI platforms. You will shape organisation design, scale capability, drive delivery excellence, and build a culture that empowers teams to perform at their best.

• 12+ years of engineering leadership experience.
• Experience leading large multi-team organisations.
• Ability to scale teams and transform organisations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership across platform engineering, infrastructure, backend/frontend teams.
• Define organisational structure to support growth and efficiency.
• Drive hiring, onboarding, workforce planning and talent development.
• Create a high-performance culture focused on accountability and collaboration.
• Own delivery health and governance for multiple engineering functions.
• Shape operating models and interfaces between platform and product teams.
• Collaborate with Data, AI, Security, Governance, Operations and Product leaders.
