AXA XL is seeking a Head of Technology & AI for APAC, Europe and ESS. This senior role partners with executive leadership to translate business strategy into coherent technology roadmaps, aligning investment, capacity, and operating models.

Reporting to the Chief Technology & AI Officer, with a dotted line to CEO, APAC & Europe. Responsibilities include shaping AI adoption, enterprise alignment, and delivery oversight across the region, while balancing innovation with regulatory and risk

• Proven ability to align technology strategy with business goals and ROI.
• Experience leading enterprise technology, AI initiatives and modernization programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary technology and AI partner to APAC Europe and ESS shaping business direction.
• Translate strategy into prioritized, funded technology and AI roadmaps.
• Represent needs into enterprise technology investment forums.
• Own technology and AI portfolio for region and ensure delivery.
• Influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes.
