Hidden Away Hotels is recruiting a Chef for Club 29 in Barcelona. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting dishes to high standards, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests. A permanent full-time position in a rotational shift environment, your culinary skills and creativity will thrive.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience and studies in catering and hotel management. Join a passionate team dedicated to excellence in hospitality.

About the offer

What would be your main functions?

• You will prepare, cook and present our dishes in accordance with the standards of quality and excellence that characterise Club 29.
• You will be involved in setting up, running and clearing away buffets and events, helping to ensure that every experience is unique for our customers.
• You will be responsible for the proper organisation and preparation of the kitchen, ensuring that everything is ready to provide impeccable service.
• You will carry out the necessary mise en place to ensure that service runs smoothly and operations are efficient.
• You will keep your workspace clean, tidy and safe, helping the team to run smoothly and ensuring that hygiene standards are met.
