COLIBRIX ONE is seeking a Chargeback Specialist to manage end-to-end card disputes within an acquiring environment. You will analyze transactions, prepare representments, and collaborate with banks and merchants to resolve disputes and improve win rates.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in dispute management, ideally in PSP/ EMI or acquiring bank.
• Experience handling merchant chargebacks across low- to high-risk verticals.
• Strong knowledge of Visa and Mastercard dispute rules and end-to-end process.
• Familiar with dispute prevention tools (Ethoca, Verifi Order Insight / CDRN, RDR) is a plus.
• Excellent written English; Russian fluency is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Handle chargebacks per Visa/Mastercard scheme rules
• Manage full dispute lifecycle: first chargeback, representment, pre-arbitration, arbitration
• Analyze transaction data to prepare representments and supporting documentation
• Monitor disputes across a diverse merchant portfolio spanning low- to high-risk profiles
• Collaborate with Risk, Settlement, and Compliance
• Communicate with issuer banks, acquiring banks, processors, and merchants to resolve queries
• Stay up to date with scheme rules and industry best practices in dispute management
