Satispay is seeking a Chargeback Specialist to manage complex disputes and chargebacks, ensuring timely resolutions while protecting customer trust and financial integrity. Based in Barcelona, you will collaborate across FinCrime, Legal, Support and Product, handling end-to-end cases and contributing to process improvements in a fast-paced fintech environment. This role requires 3+ years in chargeback management, payments, or risk operations, and relocation to the Barcelona office.

Formación

• Handle Complex Disputes and Chargebacks across full lifecycle.
• Perform Deep-Dive Analysis to spot root causes and patterns.
• Contribute to Process Optimisation to improve workflows and SLAs.
• Ensure Compliance with EU regulations and consumer protection.

Responsabilidades

• Handle Complex Disputes and Chargebacks – manage full lifecycle from intake to escalation.
• Perform Deep-Dive Analysis to identify trends and prevent recurrence.
• Contribute to Process Optimisation to improve workflows and SLAs.
• Ensure Compliance with applicable EU regulations and consumer protection.
• Cross-functional Collaboration with FinCrime, Support, Legal and Product.
• Utilise internal tools and reporting to monitor performance and risk.
