COLIBRIX ONE is seeking a Business Process Analyst to optimize operations behind our payment infrastructure. You will monitor merchant, provider, and terminal traffic, oversee routing and switching, and analyze volumes to spot anomalies and improvement opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in financial or business analysis or process improvement roles (1+ year).
• Experience with data analysis tools and advanced Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor merchant, provider, and terminal traffic to optimize system performance.
• Oversee merchant routing and switching processes for seamless operations.
• Manage Visa principal traffic distribution across processing channels.
• Monitor transaction volumes and spikes to identify anomalies and risks.
• Verify correct application of configured processing limits to prevent issues.
• Analyze conversion rates and identify pain points for improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage terminal switching and regulatory limits.
• Generate and analyze custom analytics reports as needed.
• Provide insights on merchant traffic patterns to internal teams.
• Translate analytics for processing partners to aid decisions.
• Organize and deliver training on system operations and analytics.
