ConnectWise in Spain seeks a Channel Account Manager to manage, grow, and retain a portfolio of MSP partners. You will drive recurring revenue, expand technology adoption through cross-sell and upsell, and build strategic relationships with key decision-makers.

You will lead the sales cycle, develop account plans, collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Sales Engineering and Product teams, and meet annual quota. Fluent Spanish is essential for this role. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Formación

• 5+ years of account management experience, preferably with MSP/TSP focus.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual quota.
• Business English and Spanish language proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Manages a named book of 50-200 MSP partner accounts.
• Identifies cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the product portfolio.
• Leads the full sales cycle through negotiations, terms, discounts and implementation.
• Develops account plans for strategic partners and strategies for underperforming accounts.
• Executes accurate CRM records, forecasts, and pipeline reviews.
