Dexcom is seeking a high‑performing regional sales professional to promote our CGM portfolio in Spain. You will independently manage a defined territory, drive sales, and build long‑term relationships with diabetes specialists, clinics and hospitals.

You will work across Medical, Market Access and Marketing teams, using our digital ecosystem and CRM to meet and exceed KPI targets in a fast‑moving market. A Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years in related sales is required.

Responsabilidades

• Present Dexcom product portfolio and digital ecosystem to maximize targeted sales.
• Position the company as the market leader in CGM.
• Independently manage a defined territory: sales planning, CRM visits, and customer support.
• Achieve and exceed sales and KPI targets.
• Use Dexcom sales & marketing strategies to meet/exceed regional goals.
• Plan routes, organize visits, and perform CRM follow-ups.
• Control territory budget and expenses.
• Plan and run customer events and moderates sessions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Market Access, and Marketing teams.
• Monitor market and competitors.
• Maintain relationships with customer networks and key decision-makers.
