Dexcom in Vigo, Spain, is seeking an ambitious sales professional to present the Dexcom CGM portfolio and its digital ecosystem to maximize regional sales. You will take ownership of the territory, plan routes, manage customer events, and work with cross-functional teams to exceed KPIs.

You typically hold a Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years’ experience in diabetes or the medical device industry, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5-8 years of related experience.
• Experience in diabetes and the medical device industry would be a plus.
• Experience in both primary care and hospitals.

Responsabilidades

• Present the Dexcom product portfolio and digital ecosystem to maximize sales in the territory.
• Position Dexcom as the market leader in CGM and manage a defined territory.
• Plan routes, schedule visits in CRM, and manage the territory budget.
• Organize customer events and deliver needs-oriented experiences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Market Access, and Marketing teams.
• Monitor market/competitors and maintain key customer relationships.
