Kantox is offering a Cash Management & Settlements Intern position based in Barcelona. You will handle daily payments, reconciliations, and data analysis from day one, supporting negotiations with liquidity providers and driving automation initiatives in a fast-moving fintech.

You will work across Operations and Technology, gaining cross-functional exposure and real-world impact on daily FX trading operations while developing practical finance and analytics skills in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Currently studying or recently graduated with a degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets; familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a plus.
• Experience with Python, Power BI, advanced Excel, or AI tools is a strong plus.
• Must be able to sign a 6-month internship agreement with a university or institution (mandatory).

Responsabilidades

• Process incoming and outgoing transactions and ensure payments are released on time for clients.
• Assist with account reconciliations, payment investigations, and collaborate with the Settlements team.
• Communicate with banking partners to resolve trading, settlement, and other issues.
• Support collateral exposure and client margin call processing.
• Analyze datasets and prepare information for reporting, including fees and tariffs negotiations.
• Collaborate with Technology on automation initiatives and process improvements.
• Identify manual tasks and help turn them into automated, scalable workflows.
• Maintain organized records and assist with ad-hoc reporting requests.
