Kantox is seeking a Marketing Intern in a design-heavy role based in Barcelona. You will work on ad banners, event materials, and video content, with a strong emphasis on quality and creative ownership. A portfolio is mandatory and you should be comfortable using AI tools in your workflow.

You will join a diverse Marketing team, shaping content across campaigns, events, social media, and digital channels with real accountability from day one.

Formación

• Portfolio demonstrating design work is mandatory.
• Currently studying or recently graduated in Media, Communication, Design, or a related field.
• Fluent in English; able to manage multiple deliverables without hand-holding.
• Experience with AI tools in creative workflows is a plus.

Marketing Intern | Based in Barcelona

Most marketing teams produce content that gets done. We want to produce content that stands out. At Kantox, our Marketing team sits at the intersection of brand, demand generation, and product communication, crafting the narratives that position us in the market and drive commercial growth. We are looking for a Marketing Intern who brings a strong creative eye, moves fast, and takes real ownership of the work they touch.

This is a design-heavy role. If you do not have a portfolio, this is not the right fit.

What you will work on

• Creating ad banners and animations for marketing campaigns
• Designing trade show and event stands, presentation decks, and speaking session materials
• Recording and editing videos for internal and external use
• Applying AI tools to accelerate content and design production and raise output quality
• Supporting content publication across channels, including the website and social media
• Maintaining and updating content assets to keep our library current and consistent

You will be based in our Barcelona office, working within a curious, creative, and detail-obsessed Marketing team spanning 40+ nationalities. You will work across campaigns, events, social media, and digital channels, with real accountability for output quality from day one.

Who you are

You have a strong creative eye and a high bar for quality. You notice the details others miss and you are not precious about feedback. You are already using AI tools in your creative process, whether that is LLMs, image generation, or similar, and you are curious about how to push them further.

You do not need to have done this professionally before. You do need a portfolio that shows us what you are capable of.

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Media, Communication, Design, or a related field
• A portfolio demonstrating design work (mandatory; applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed)
• Fluent in English
• Capable with Figma or similar design tools
• Organised and able to manage multiple deliverables in parallel without hand-holding
• Experience in video production is a plus
• Interest in fintech or financial services is a plus
