Job summary

Impress, the leading orthodontics innovator headquartered in Barcelona, is seeking a customer support specialist to join our international team on-site. You will serve patients via calls, emails, video and chat, guiding them through the journey to a perfect smile.

You’ll handle appointment bookings, documentation, and proactive follow-ups while helping to improve products and processes. The role is 40h/week, 10:00–19:00, with a fixed salary of 21,700€ and an annual bonus of 1,500€, plus gym

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position.
• French (native or C1) and English (fluent). Spanish is a plus.
• Self-discipline and motivation to learn.
• Commitment and goal orientation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team spirit and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent customer experience to patients.
• Ensure every call, email, and meeting leaves patients happy.
• Engage with patients and build a connection to keep them excited about their journey to a perfect smile.
• Provide customer service through video, audio, email, SMS, WhatsApp and live chat.
• Make calls, book and confirm appointments, and follow up with patients.
• Explain our product and guide customers through the process and timelines.
• Clarify requirements and help patients complete documentation as needed.
• Proactively recognize and report trends and potential weaknesses.
• Contribute to the improvement of our products and processes.
• Help create solutions to enhance the customer journey.
• Work with teammates to foster a positive and energetic atmosphere.
