Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong eye for vehicle condition and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work well in a team and handle fast-paced situations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers returning vehicles with professionalism.
• Check vehicles back into the rental fleet daily.
• Identify and document any new damage and collect needed paperwork.
• Support Quality Control to keep fleet damage records accurate.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the return process.
• Assist other branch areas to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Take on additional duties as directed by management.
