Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group is looking for a Car Return Agent to be the face of our vehicle return process. You will greet customers, inspect returning vehicles for damage, and ensure keys are collected while finalizing the rental.

The role focuses on delivering outstanding service and maintaining fleet quality. You will work within our Network & Stations team, supporting branch operations and ensuring a smooth, efficient return experience for customers.

Responsibilities
