Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Car Return Agent to join the Network & Stations team in our Canary Islands operations. You will be the main contact for customers returning vehicles, inspect conditions, and help finalize the rental process with accurate documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers with professionalism when they return their vehicles.
• Check a high volume of vehicles back into the rental fleet daily.
• Identify and document any potential new damage on vehicles.
• Contribute to fleet damage records accuracy and up-to-date documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service during all interactions and ensure a smooth return process.
• Support other branch areas to maintain efficient operations and customer experience.
• Perform additional duties as requested by management to support branch success.
