Job summary

West Nautical is recruiting a Captain for a 27m private sailing vessel. Start date ASAP. The ideal candidate will have strong sailing experience, proven leadership and engineering experience, with hands-on, safety-focused approach and excellent guest relations skills.

Salary: 7 000.00 EUR per month, DOE. Annual leave: 44 days. Visa: Schengen if necessary. Qualifications: STCW, ENG1, YMO & AEC 1 & 2.

Qualifications

• STCW, ENG1, YMO & AEC 1 & 2 are required qualifications.
• Hands-on, safety-focused approach with strong communication and guest relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Captain duties on a 27m private sailing vessel.
• Maintain safety and standards on board.
• Provide guest relations and leadership to crew; oversee engineering tasks.
