Northrop and Johnson is seeking a personable, polished Chief Stewardess for a private/charter 46m motor yacht. The role requires extremely high standards and an immaculate eye for detail, with a crew of 4 interior and 11 total aboard.

The vessel winters in Spain and will cruise the Baltic in summer 2027, with a 4/1 rotation offered. Required visas and certifications include a B1/Schengen where applicable, STCW, ENG1, and Food & Hygiene II; wine qualifications such as WSET 2 are preferable.

Vessel is looking for someone with extremely high standards and an immaculate eye for detail.

Vessel runs with a team of 4 interior and 11 crew in total.

Vessel is wintering in Spain and will cruising the Baltic for the summer of 2027

B1 visa, (Schengen visa if applicable), STCW,ENG1, Food &Hygiene II, WSET 2 or other wine certificate is preferable.

4/1 rotation is on offer.

Salary $ 7,000 to start.

Start date: January 2027- However, they will consider exceptional candidates for employment before this time.
