Cisco is seeking an experienced advisor to drive AI-enabled transformation for global clients, based in Madrid with travel to Barcelona. You will lead C-suite conversations, craft ROI-driven strategies, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver consistent client experiences.

Fluency in English and native or professional Spanish or Italian are required, along with a strong background in technology-led advisory and change leadership.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in transformation, management consulting, or value selling.
• Background in technology-led advisory and change leadership.
• Fluency in English.
• Native or professional proficiency in Spanish or Italian.

Responsabilidades

• Build compelling business cases that combine financial data with AI strategies to help clients get the most from their investments.
• Lead discussions with C-suite stakeholders to explain how our technology supports their business goals.
• Orchestrate multi-disciplinary teams across Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure a consistent experience for our customers.
• Adapt our global AI and data strategy to fit the unique business cultures of the Spanish and Italian markets.
• Lead initiatives to influence industry trends and elevate our advisory brand.
