Cisco Systems in Barcelona is seeking a senior service delivery leader to own the financial health and strategic direction of key accounts. You will design and execute delivery plans, scale AI‑enabled reporting, and drive portfolio growth while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will lead cross-functional teams including Sales and CXMs, present metrics at QBRs, and pursue expansion opportunities, balancing stakeholder needs with Cisco’s portfolio and customer priorities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 6+ years of professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing service delivery across multiple accounts, including P&L oversight and financial planning.
• Experience using data analytics, automation tools and AI-driven tools to improve delivery.
• Experience presenting financial metrics and performance data to executive-level stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Technical Support) to execute projects.

Responsabilidades

• Create and execute comprehensive service delivery plans balancing financial health, resources, and client objectives.
• Own financial approvals on scope, pricing and margins to keep projects on budget.
• Lead QBRs and delivery workshops to demonstrate value and identify expansion opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement by integrating AI-based tools and automation for reporting and planning.
• Analyze customer needs to shape long-term delivery strategies aligned with Cisco’s portfolio.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between technical teams, Sales, and CXMs for unified delivery.
