Cisco is seeking a senior advisor to lead transformation initiatives across global accounts, focusing on AI-enabled strategies and cloud transformation. You will engage with C-suite stakeholders, shape advisory programs, and coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success.

Preferred candidates bring 5+ years in transformation or value selling, fluency in English, and native/proficiency in Spanish or Italian.

Job Location

Preferred in Madrid Area, but Barcelona is acceptable with some additional traveling.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in transformation, management consulting, or value selling.

• Experience building complex financial models for ROI.
• Proficiency in facilitating design-thinking workshops.
• Ability to craft executive-level narratives and use visual storytelling.
• Interest in the impact of AI on business models and AI-integrated operations.
• Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments to drive investment consensus.
