Expert Executive Recruiters (EER Global) is seeking a Business Development Representative in Madrid. You will research target accounts, reach out via phone, email and LinkedIn, and qualify prospects to schedule meetings for Account Executives.

This role offers a €40,000 base salary plus €15,000 OTE, a structured onboarding, and opportunities for career progression within an international environment.
