Levata by Logiscenter is seeking a dynamic sales intern to support the Italian market from Madrid. You will adopt a consultative approach, manage inbound/outbound interactions, and help grow a portfolio of accounts with accurate CRM/ERP updates.

Responsibilities include preparing tailored quotes and proposals, building long-term client relationships, and negotiating to maximize margins. Fluency in Italian is required; English and Spanish are a plus.

Formación

• Strong customer-centric mindset
• Nice to have - experience in telesales and/or e-commerce environments
• Nice to have - background in sales and customer service, ideally within the IT sector
• Highly results-oriented, with a strong drive to exceed sales targets
• Italian (spoken and written) is required
• English and Spanish are a strong plus
• Availability to work from Madrid (candidates already based in Madrid are preferred)
• Eagerness to learn and the ability to quickly understand new business and technical concepts

Responsabilidades

• Adopting a consultative sales approach to identify opportunities and win new business.
• Managing inbound and outbound customer interactions, with a strong focus on the Italian market.
• Owning and developing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring accurate CRM/ERP updates, follow-ups, and pipeline management.
• Preparing and managing tailored quotes, proposals, and commercial documentation.
• Building long-term client relationships by delivering outstanding post-sales support and solution-oriented selling.
• Negotiating with suppliers, clients, and partners to optimize profitability and maximize margins.
• Providing hands-on support to customers, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience at every stage.
