Levata by Logiscenter is seeking a proactive intern to support the sales team across the UK and Ireland, based in Madrid.

You will handle inbound and outbound inquiries, help develop accounts, prepare quotes, and maintain CRM/ERP updates, while building client relationships and learning IT sales processes.

This paid internship offers flexible hours and opportunities to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Strong customer-centric mindset with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Experience in telesales and/or e-commerce environments is a plus.
• Background in sales and customer service, ideally within the IT sector.
• Highly results-oriented with a drive to exceed targets.
• English (spoken and written) is required.
• Spanish is a strong plus.
• Availability to work from Madrid is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support the sales team while driving new business growth across the UK + IE market.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions with a focus on UK + IE.
• Own and develop a portfolio of accounts with CRM/ERP updates and pipeline management.
• Prepare and manage tailored quotes, proposals, and commercial documentation.
• Build long-term client relationships with post-sales support and solution selling.
• Negotiate with suppliers, clients, and partners to optimize profitability.
• Provide hands-on support to customers ensuring a high-quality experience.
