Responsabilidades

Задачи

• Partner with Product Owner(s) to define business needs, prioritize opportunities, and create user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business initiatives, technology enhancements, and process improvements.
• Conduct business analysis to identify problems, opportunities, risks, and recommended solutions.
• Evaluate current and future-state business processes, workflows, and system capabilities to improve operational efficiency.
• Translate business and technology strategies into requirements, deliverables, and measurable outcomes.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to support decision-making, prioritization, and solution validation.
• Identify opportunities to improve user experiences, streamline processes, and leverage automation and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Partner with technology teams throughout the solution lifecycle, from requirements gathering through testing and implementation.
• Support conference operations by resolving business and technology challenges remotely and onsite at Gartner conferences worldwide.
• Build stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment, adoption, and successful delivery of solutions.

• 1–3 Years of experience in business analysis, product delivery, project management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to solve complex business problems and make data-driven recommendations.
• Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and communicate insights effectively.
• Customer-first mindset and ability to understand user needs and advocate for valuable solutions.
• Excellent verbal, written, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to elicit stakeholder feedback, document requirements, and communicate across business and technical audiences.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
