Gartner Conferences is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to help shape and deliver technology solutions powering our conference experiences. You will partner with Product Owners and technology teams to identify opportunities and translate needs into actionable requirements.

You will support agile delivery teams, drive process improvements, and analyze data to inform decisions. Willingness to travel up to 10 times per year to Gartner conferences worldwide is required.

Formación

• Experience in business analysis, product delivery, or project management.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Product Owner(s) to define business needs, prioritise opportunities, and create high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business initiatives, technology enhancements, and process improvements.
• Conduct business analysis to identify problems, opportunities, risks, and recommended solutions.
• Translating business and technology strategies into clear requirements, deliverables, and measurable outcomes.
• Analysing qualitative and quantitative data to support decision-making and validation of solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve user experiences and streamline processes, including automation and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Support conference operations by helping resolve business and technology challenges remotely and onsite at Gartner conferences worldwide.
