Based in Spain with flexible work options, the role emphasizes collaboration on Oracle, SAP, Power BI, and transformation programs. On-site learning is encouraged early on for rapid ramp-up.

Job Description

The Business Analyst (BA) is a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams within Global IT. The role is responsible for understanding business needs, gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing processes, and translating those requirements into functional solutions. Business Analysts support the full solution lifecycle, from requirements gathering and workshops through testing (UAT/SIT), deployment, and post-implementation support, ensuring that delivered solutions meet business expectations and organizational objectives.

The team supports a broad portfolio of ERP, EPM, reporting, and transformation initiatives, including Oracle EBS, cloud transformation, Power BI, finance-related projects, and emerging technology initiatives. The team is expanding due to resource movements to other strategic projects, creating a need for additional Business Analysts to support delivery priorities and maintain project momentum.

Business Analysts are expected to:

• Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements from a variety of stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to identify solutions and improvements.

Qualifications

While ERP, SAP, Oracle, EPM, or finance process experience can be beneficial, the hiring managers are primarily looking for candidates with outstanding soft skills, strong communication abilities, curiosity, and a proactive mindset. They have strong technical expertise within the team and are confident in developing technical knowledge internally when the right attitude and potential are present.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

The team places a strong focus on development and knowledge sharing. New hires will receive support from experienced Business Analysts, Solution Engineers, and subject matter experts. There are opportunities to gain exposure to Oracle technologies, cloud solutions, ERP modernization programs, and future-focused initiatives, including AI-related projects. Internal training resources and certification paths are available to help employees build both functional and technical expertise.

The role is based in Spain and offers significant flexibility. While candidates can eventually work remotely, new joiners, especially those with less experience as an IT Business Analyst, are expected to spend time on-site during their first few months to accelerate learning, collaboration, and knowledge transfer. Experienced candidates may be given greater flexibility from the outset.
