CGI in Barcelona is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to bridge Business, Operations and Data teams, translating requirements and data quality expectations into structured assessment activities.

The role combines business analysis, stakeholder management and data quality awareness, operating similarly to a Product Owner for data assessment initiatives, with a hybrid work model and English fluency required.

Formación

• Experience in Data Quality, Data Governance or Data Readiness programs.
• Experience with Data Owners, Data Stewards and enterprise Data Offices.
• Exposure to AI or Analytics use cases and understanding of how data quality affects business outputs.
• Experience with large multinational organizations and cross-country initiatives.
• Knowledge of data lineage, data ownership, privacy and data-access concepts.
• Experience with Agile/Product-oriented delivery environments.

Position Description: Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst.

The role will act as the key interface between Business, Operations, Data teams and other stakeholders, ensuring that business requirements, expected outcomes and data quality expectations are clearly understood and translated into structured assessment activities.

The position combines Business Analysis, stakeholder management and Data Quality awareness, operating in a role similar to a Product Owner for data assessment initiatives.

The position is based in Barcelona, with a hybrid working model, and requires fluent English.

Highly Valued

• Previous experience in Data Quality, Data Governance or Data Readiness programs.
