Flowserve Corporation is seeking a strategic professional to maximize the value of Enterprise Applications by driving adoption and continuous improvement. You will bridge business users, ERP teams and technical support to enhance processes and reduce friction across the application landscape.

You will partner with stakeholders to document improvements, support testing, and help transition projects into steady-state operations, ensuring measurable business outcomes and sustainable deployment

Formación

• Experience with Enterprise Applications (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP environments).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes within multiple domains (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, Procurement).
• Experience collaborating with business users to improve processes and ERP usage.
• Experience participating in ERP implementation, stabilization, or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Monitor KPIs related to user experience, process effectiveness and adoption.
• Provide management with insights, recommendations, and measurable improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to scalable operating model for Experience & Adoption across regions.

Role Purpose

Maximize the business value of Enterprise Applications by driving their continuous improvement and adoption.

Act as the bridge between business users, Enterprise Applications teams, and technical support organizations to improve adoption, identify structural improvement opportunities, reduce operational friction, and ensure enterprise applications continue to evolve alongside changing business processes.

Operate as part of the EnSite Experience & Adoptionteam, working closely with Enterprise Applications Support, Governance, Delivery & Modernization, and Business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of the supported business processes and the Enterprise Applications enabling them.
• Build trusted relationships with business users and key stakeholders to understand how Enterprise Applications support their daily operations.
• Identify operational friction, process inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities through user engagement, trend analysis, and operational metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase business value, improve user experience, and promote effective adoption of Enterprise Applications.
• Perform structured root cause analysis to distinguish between process, data, training, and technical opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business improvement opportunities into clearly documented demand items and work closely with the Delivery & Modernization team to ensure successful implementation.
• Partner with Enterprise Applications Support teams to validate that implemented improvements deliver sustainable business outcomes.
• Support projects during testing, hypercare, and transition into steady-state operations to ensure successful business adoption and operational readiness.
• Develop and maintain business process documentation, user guidance, training materials, and best practices where appropriate.
• Monitor KPIs and trends related to user experience, business process effectiveness, application adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Provide management with insights, recommendations, and measurable improvement opportunities across the supported application landscape.
• Contribute to the development of a repeatable Experience & Adoptionoperating model that can be expanded globally.

Experience & Profile

• Experience working with Enterprise Applications (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP environments).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes within one or more functional domains (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, Procurement, etc.).
• Experience working closely with business users to improve business processes and Enterprise Application usage.
• Experience participating in ERP implementation, stabilization, or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with structured problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable operating at the intersection of business and IT within a global matrix organization.
• Experience documenting business requirements, process improvements, and functional solutions.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and long-term sustainability.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
