Flowserve Corporation is seeking a strategic professional to maximize the value of Enterprise Applications by driving adoption and continuous improvement. You will bridge business users, ERP teams and technical support to enhance processes and reduce friction across the application landscape.

You will partner with stakeholders to document improvements, support testing, and help transition projects into steady-state operations, ensuring measurable business outcomes and sustainable deployment

Formación

• Experience with Enterprise Applications (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP environments).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes within multiple domains (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, Procurement).
• Experience collaborating with business users to improve processes and ERP usage.
• Experience participating in ERP implementation, stabilization, or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a strong understanding of the supported business processes and the ERP enabling them.
• Build trusted relationships with business users and key stakeholders to understand how ERP supports daily operations.
• Identify operational friction and improvement opportunities through user engagement and metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase business value and adoption of ERP.
• Translate improvement opportunities into documented demand items for delivery teams.
• Partner with ERP Support to validate that improvements deliver sustainable outcomes.
• Support projects during testing, hypercare, and transition to steady-state operations.
• Develop and maintain business process documentation, user guidance, and training materials.
• Monitor KPIs related to user experience, process effectiveness and adoption.
• Provide management with insights, recommendations, and measurable improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to scalable operating model for Experience & Adoption across regions.
