Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Engineering and Technical Services professional to provide support, preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems across large facilities.

The role focuses on mechanical, plumbing, fire/life safety and control systems, with emphasis on safety, regulatory compliance and energy efficiency. A qualification or equivalent experience is required, along with collaborative teamwork and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
• Universal CFC certification is preferred.
• Certifications/licenses as may be required by local or state jurisdictions.
• Prior shift management or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety and control systems.
• Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and company directives related to building operations and work safety.
• Maintain an energy management program; ensure all systems operate efficiently.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow policies for hazardous materials storage, usage and disposal; maintain a clean and safe workplace.
• Review building systems including fire alarms, HVAC and plumbing to ensure operation within design capabilities and environmental targets.
