FashionUnited is seeking a Maintenance Specialist for its Property & Network Development Team in Madrid. You will be responsible for all maintenance operations across Spain and Portugal, managing corrective and preventive maintenance while ensuring service continuity and cost control.

The ideal candidate should have 5–7+ years of experience in retail multi-site maintenance, possess a technical degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, and have a solid background in HVAC and electrical systems. This role offers a hybrid work model and an attractive discount program after 3 months of employment.

Formación

• 5–7+ years of experience in retail multi-site maintenance.
• Strong technical background in HVAC and electrical systems.
• Ability to work under pressure in complex environments.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of maintenance operations in Iberia.
• Manage and monitor supplier performance based on SLAs.
• Contribute to reducing reactive workload through preventive planning.

Conocimientos

Experience in retail multi-site maintenance

Technical problem-solving ability

Knowledge of HVAC systems

Budget management experience

Educación
