PRADA Madrid is seeking a Brand Store Manager who is a passionate Brand Ambassador and business leader, guiding the store to deliver exceptional client experiences and strong financial performance on the sales floor.

You will coach the team, lead by example, develop talent, manage operations, events, and clienteling, and partner with head office to ensure brand standards and policies are applied.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Store Team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance.
• Propose and develop action plans through performance analysis.
• Drive KPI attainment, cross-selling, and upselling across product categories.
• Represent PRADA in the local market, attract new Clients and build loyalty.
• Be on the sales floor, delivering the highest standard of Client service.
• Mentor and develop the team through coaching, succession planning, and internal growth.
