Fursac, renowned French fashion house, is seeking a dynamic retail leader to represent the brand at the point of sale in Madrid. You will deliver an outstanding customer experience while promoting collections, know-how and products to clients.

You will oversee team performance, stock management, and loyalty initiatives, develop turnover, and recruit and train staff to maintain an inclusive environment. The role offers progression within the SMCP Group and a competitive package.

• Representing the brand image to ensure an outstanding experience for both our customers and your team
• Promoting our collections, our know-how and our products to our customers,

• Ensuring the management of the point of sale and the application of our commercial policy: team management, administration, stock management, loyalty, etc.
• Developing turnover and performance indicators, recruit, train and challenge your team
