Under Armour, Inc. in Madrid is seeking a Sales Associate for a 36-hour weekly role at ECI Sanchinarro. You will be the face of the brand, delivering standout customer experiences and driving sales.

The role requires energy, good teamwork, and a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends. You will assist customers, stock, and handle POS tasks while promoting our Rewards program and omni-channel requests.

Formación

• Able to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Able to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs./12 kgs while assisting customers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide great customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest apparel and footwear to customers.
• Share knowledge about products and fits.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Work front and back of store including POS and payments.
• Deliver omni-channel requests through digital experience.
• Demonstrate teamwork and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Promote the Rewards program to customers.
• Seek self-development and growth opportunities.
• Fulfill scheduled working hours per attendance policy.
