ING Hubs Spain is seeking a Communications, Marketing & Employer Branding Intern to support internal communications, employer branding, and brand positioning projects. You will help tell ING Hubs Spain's story and engage audiences across digital channels.

Responsibilities include creating audiovisual content, designing presentations, managing LinkedIn and Viva Engage, and supporting the annual communications plan.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or Audiovisual Communication.
• Strong English skills, written and spoken.
• Experience creating content for social media.

Responsabilidades

• Create and edit audiovisual content for social media and internal channels.
• Design graphic materials and corporate presentations.
• Manage internal and external communication channels (LinkedIn and Viva Engage).
• Support execution of the annual communications and employer branding plan.
• Cover events, corporate activities, and engagement initiatives.
• Create content for internal screens, newsletters, and campaigns.
• Collaborate in producing videos, interviews, and testimonials.
• Propose innovative ideas to engage younger audiences and tech professionals.
• Assist in measuring impact of communication and social media initiatives.
• Collaborate with Talent/HR to drive employer branding.
