ING Hubs Spain is seeking a Communications, Marketing & Employer Branding Intern to support internal communications, employer branding, and brand positioning initiatives. You will help tell our story, engage audiences on LinkedIn and Viva Engage, and contribute to a dynamic tech-driven culture.

Your role and work environment:

You will be part of the Communications team at ING Hubs Spain, collaborating on internal communications, employer branding, and brand positioning projects. Your mission will be to help us tell our story: who we are, what we do, and why ING Hubs Spain is a great place to build a professional career.

Your key responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Creating and editing audiovisual content for social media and internal channels.
• Designing graphic materials and corporate presentations.
• Managing and energizing internal and external communication channels, especially LinkedIn and Viva Engage.
• Supporting the execution of the annual communications and employer branding plan.
• Participating in the coverage of events, corporate activities, and engagement initiatives.
• Creating content for internal screens, newsletters, corporate campaigns, and employee communications.
• Collaborating in the production of videos, interviews, testimonials, and other audiovisual formats.
• Proposing innovative ideas and content formats to engage younger audiences and technology professionals.
• Supporting the measurement and analysis of the impact of communication and social media initiatives.
• Collaborating with Talent, Human Resources, and other teams to drive employer branding initiatives.

What are we looking for?

• Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Audiovisual Communication, or a related field.
• Interest in corporate communications, social media, and employer branding.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills.
• Ability to adapt messages to different audiences and communication channels.
• Sensitivity to creating engaging content for young and digital audiences.
• Creativity, initiative, and a willingness to learn.

Mandatory requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Audiovisual Communication, or a related field.
• Strong English skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere for video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for graphic design and image editing.
• Strong command of PowerPoint for creating corporate presentations.
• Academic, personal, or internship experience creating content for social media.
• Knowledge of digital platforms and social media channels.
• Ability to write content tailored to different channels and audiences.
• Interest in corporate communications, employer branding, and content marketing.
