Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking an Internal Comms & Employer Branding Trainee in Madrid, on-site, full-time. You will support content creation, storytelling, and editorial coordination to enhance culture and employee experience across channels.

The role emphasizes copywriting, content management, and collaboration with multiple teams to drive engagement and a strong employer value proposition.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related fields.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and update editorial calendars for internal channels.
• Liaise with Business Units and hotels to identify relevant stories reflecting culture and values.
• Coordinate a content calendar for regional Business Units and channels.
• Draft and edit internal content, such as corporate messages and storytelling pieces.
• Design and support initiatives to boost employee engagement.
• Coordinate with agency and recruiting teams on employer branding campaigns and metrics.
• Manage and upload content via content management systems to ensure timely publication.
• Develop social media content for talent-facing channels (e.g. Eurostaffs and Instagram).
• Organise pictures and video materials and manage SharePoint sites for sharing within departments.
• Monitor KPIs to assess impact of internal communications and social media performance.
• Analyse metrics and define plans accordingly.
