Job summary

Noatum Automotive in Barcelona is seeking a Brand Manager to translate customer requirements into coordinated operational actions and maintain strong customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

You will be the key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring service commitments are met while managing incidents and claims and driving process improvements to sustain excellence across the vehicle supply chain.

Qualifications

• Higher vocational qualification or university degree in business administration, international trade, logistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar Customer Service, Account Management, or Customer Relationship role.
• Professional fluency in English, Spanish, and Catalan.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience in logistics, port operations, automotive logistics, or terminal environments.
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and logistics software.
• Additional language such as Chinese desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assigned automotive brands, ensuring high level of customer service and relationship management.
• Translate customer instructions into operational actions for internal teams and service providers.
• Coordinate with Operations, Yard, Transport, Technical, and Customer Service teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Monitor agreed lead times, service levels, and vehicle flows, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
• Manage and follow up on damage claims, incidents, exceptions, and customer complaints, ensuring timely communication and resolution.
• Facilitate communication between customers and operational teams to align priorities and expectations.
• Negotiate delivery timelines, operational priorities, and service solutions when required.
• Monitor service performance and provide customers with operational updates, reports, and KPI information.
• Ensure customer requirements and operational procedures are correctly implemented and maintained.
• Identify opportunities for service improvement and support the implementation of process enhancements.
• Maintain accurate records and update relevant operational and customer management systems.
• Participate in customer meetings and support business reviews when required.
• Conduct occasional visits to operational areas while complying with all applicable safety requirements and PPE regulations.
