Noatum Automotive in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Accountant to bolster the Finance team with accurate accounting, closing processes, and reporting. You will manage day-to-day accounting, collaborate with the Finance Manager, and ensure compliance with internal controls in a fast-growing logistics environment.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in finance, solid Excel and ERP experience, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset to drive improvements and accurate financial records.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative support roles.
• Solid understanding of financial and administrative processes.
• Experience in expense management, invoice processing, and document control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability.
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations and balance sheet schedules.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports in accordance with company policies and applicable accounting standards.
• Review and monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable and expense management processes.
• Ensure accurate processing and control of invoices, financial documentation and supporting records.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits, providing all required documentation and explanations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and internal control procedures.
• Collaborate with different departments to resolve accounting issues and improve financial processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy and financial controls.
• Provide guidance and support to junior finance and accounting team members.

Noatum Automotive is currently looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Finance team in Barcelona. We are seeking a professional with solid experience in accounting and financial management, capable of bringing accuracy, autonomy and a strong analytical mindset to a dynamic and fast-growing environment. This position will play a key role within the Finance department, working closely with the Finance Manager and Accounting Manager to ensure the effective execution of accounting processes, financial close activities, reporting, document management, and compliance with internal procedures and controls.
