Wabtec Corporation is seeking a Brake Control Product Manager to own strategy, competitiveness, and lifecycle performance of the Brake Control portfolio. You will define the roadmap, architecture evolution, modularization, and platform development, collaborating with Sales, Engineering, Sourcing, Quality, Operations and R&D.
You will translate market opportunities into product requirements, drive portfolio performance, and support profitable growth in bids and projects, while aligning teams
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master's preferred.
- Strong technical foundation in complex engineered systems and lifecycles.
- Ability to translate market needs into product strategies and roadmaps.
- Experience with business cases and value engineering.
Responsabilidades
- Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and technology vision.
- Own lifecycle and portfolio performance from introduction to retirement.
- Lead modularization and platforming to boost scalability and reuse.
- Drive cost competitiveness through value engineering and lifecycle optimization.
- Translate market insights into future requirements and roadmaps.
- Support profitable growth in bids and projects.
