dormakaba Spain is seeking a Lead Product Line to own end-to-end accountability for a product line, steering strategy and the innovation roadmap within the family framework. You will act as an entrepreneur, owning portfolio decisions, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver the roadmap and launches across markets.

The role requires a university degree in engineering, business economics, marketing, or MBA preference, plus proven market experience in electronic access control solutions

Formación

• Fluent English communication skills, with significant international experience.
• Solid understanding of system integration environments and APIs.
• Strong ability to drive alignment across matrix organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Own opportunity assessment and strategic focus for the assigned product line.
• Define and own the product line roadmap and initiatives.
• Own strategic product definitions including offerings, variants and value propositions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to realize the roadmap and guard the business case.
• Ensure readiness and orchestration of product launches across markets.
