Körber is seeking a Product Portfolio Manager to drive strategy and lifecycle management for its software portfolio focused on intralogistics solutions such as WMS/WCS/WES and related modules. You will lead roadmap development and work with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Service to maximize value for customers and the business.

You will champion new digital solutions, collaborate on technology partnerships, and guide a small team of specialists in a global matrix organization.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, or similar technical roles.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong expertise in intralogistics software (WMS/WCS/WES, MFC, FMS, MAO).
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations and automated material handling.
• Experience building product roadmaps, business cases, pricing models, and lifecycle strategies.
• Ability to translate customer and market requirements into successful software products.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Körber's intralogistics software portfolio.
• Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and identify emerging technology trends.
• Develop business cases, pricing strategies, and value propositions to maximize profitability.
• Translate market requirements into clear functional priorities for R&D teams.
• Define product vision for Warehouse Management, Warehouse Control, Warehouse Execution, Fleet Management, MAO, and Sortation software.
• Prioritize development initiatives based on customer value and strategic objectives.
• Drive portfolio lifecycle management including enhancements, upgrades, and end-of-life planning.
• Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Sales, and Service to ensure successful development and adoption.
