ADP, Inc. is seeking a BPI Lead who will define and deliver best-in-class process improvement methods across the organization, including reengineering, standardization, automation and deployment to boost engagement and productivity.

You will analyze current processes, map and measure performance, lead Kaizen workshops, develop project plans, and ensure adoption with executive sponsorship in a high-visibility, global setting.

Formación

• Experience in process improvement using Lean Six Sigma and cross-functional project management.
• Experience in B2B client service organizations and customer-centric change management methodologies (e.g., NPS).
• Ability to challenge established processes and generate innovative ideas to improve client experience.
• Demonstrated ability to apply information-driven approaches including advanced Excel to solve business questions with tangible results.
• Proven track record of working effectively in teams in a global, matrix-based environment.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the BPI strategy and drive roadmaps for initiatives focusing on engagement, standardization, simplification and automation.
• Conduct Kaizen workshops and ensure action points are implemented timely.
• Analyze data to support strategy/operations improvements.
• Map as-is processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Track KPIs and ROI of changes.
• Re-engineer processes to improve delivery and reduce waste.
• Coordinate project team contributors and ensure adoption of changes.
