ADP is seeking a BPI Lead in Spain to drive best-in-class process improvement methodology and training across the organization. The role includes reengineering, standardization, automation, and deployment of processes to increase client and associate engagement while delivering efficiencies and high productivity.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; PMP/PMI preferred.
• 3+ years leading transformation or improvement programs.
• Experience in B2B client service and change management.
• Proven data-driven problem solving and KPI measurement.
• Lean Six Sigma or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the BPI strategy and drive the roadmap of key initiatives focusing on engagement, standardization, simplification and automation.
• Lead cross-functional workshops and develop action plans; provide advisory and program management services.
• Conduct Kaizen workshops and ensure agreed action points are implemented.
• Evaluate and analyze data to support business strategy/operations improvements.
• Map as-is processes, collect data, identify opportunities for improvement; track KPIs.
